Janice Dunleavy has over 25 years experience in construction, environmental compliance, and marketing and has been a sales associate with Copty & Company for 5 years. As project coordinator for a nursing home construction company, she was active in projects from initial site procurement and development to project completion. Her knowledge of environmental laws and regulatory compliance are available to guide her clients as they buy and sell commercial/industrial properties.

Janice works extensively in the Lexington/Rockbridge areas as well as in the Roanoke Valley. She is a graduate of Ferrum College and East Tennessee State University and has been a member of numerous statewide associations.
