Ralph Williams has over 20 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate and was formerly associated with a large commercial real estate firm for 14 years as a Sales Associate. He is licensed in Virginia.

Ralph has developed and successfully implemented the leasing program for two major Downtown office properties and has been involved with the listing and sale of several suburban office buildings.

Ralph is also one of the founders of the Blue Ridge Region of Virginia and has worked extensively with developers to secure land for the development of shopping centers, apartment complexes, restaurants and industrial buildings. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
