Copty Commercial Real Estate began in 1991 as a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in site selection for specific corporate clients with assignments covering most of Virginia and some of North Carolina.
In the mid-nineties, as the company grew, so did our lines of business, as we began incorporating more sales and leasing of existing commercial and industrial properties.
As the new century arrived, our company began to develop an expertise in commercial property management. Today Copty Commercial Real Estate continues to stay focused in the basic commercial lines of business and is committed to excellence at all that we choose do.
