Gabe Niccum has been with Copty Commercial Real Estate since 1999 and runs the property management division. Gabe has successfully managed properties ranging from small industrial buildings to high rise office complexes. Gabe has extensive experience in tenant improvements and building renovations. Gabe was named CPM of the year 2007 in Virginia.

Kent Roberts has been with Copty Commercial Real Estate since 2005. Kent’s expertise is in site selection, convenience store operations, retail land development and investment property sales. Kent has owned and operated a chain of convenience stores and previously was real estate manager for Southland Corporation (7/11 Stores) for South Florida and North Carolina. Kent is a graduate of East Tennessee State University.

Bill Stack joined Copty Commercial Real Estate in 2003 after a career in the insurance industry. Bill brngs with him extensive knowledge about commercial and investment properties. Bill has been very successful in the sale and leasing of small industrial and warehouse properties. Bill has also developed an expertise in the sales and leasing of small office, church, and investment opportunities. Bill is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

Ralph Williams has been active in the commercial real estate business for over 30 years. He has worked extensively with developers to secure land for the development of shopping centers, apartment complexes, restaurants, and industrial buildings. He has successfully implemented the leasing program for two major Downtown office properties and has been involved with the listing and sale of several suburban office buildings. Ralph has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Virginia Tech.
